Yesterday I started my STRONG AS A MOTHER 3rd trimester program and kicked my own ass. So today, I celebrated 30 weeks with a third trimester flow w/ @annagreenberg🧘&zwj;♀️5 mins of labor meditation 🧠 and a walk in the woods with my boys. 💛🌲
