class offerings
Phases Class
50-55 mins. Each PHASES class begins with deep breathing, to awaken the core. Then, we go through a full body, free weight strength training workout. We end class with high intensity interval training, alternating cardio moves with breathwork and stretches. The movements we practice throughout class are mindful and functional, meaning they mimic activities of daily living. We encourage deep belly breathing while lifting in order to maintain correct form, making this a super safe workout for women at all levels of fitness.
STRONG AS A MOTHER
50-55 minutes. This class is for anyone who is on their motherhood journey - whether you’re thinking about having children, you’re pregnant, you’ve recently given birth, or you gave birth many moons ago - this class is for you. We’ll prepare your mind and body for pregnancy and labor, we’ll heal your body after birth, and we’ll make you the strongest version of yourself - the strongest a human can be - as strong as a mother. Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome to come to class with mama!
Please note: we are not currently offering this class, but will be in the near future! If you’re a pregnant or postnatal mama who is cleared for exercise (typically around 6-weeks postpartum), please join us for a PHASES class - we always include modifications for mamas, making it a super safe but still an amazing workout!
Community class
2 hours. This is a PHASES class from 11-noon followed by a social hour from noon-1 with food, bevies, and conversation. This is your time ladies- you can’t take care of your loved ones if you don’t take care of yourself. If you’re thinking about becoming a member and have questions or would like to meet Nicole and Chelsea - come to the second half of community class, grab a mimosa or fauxmosa and say hello!
