The EVERYTHING plate isn’t just one recipe - it’s the simple and beautiful product of transforming the food you eat to make it colorful, fun, and nutritious.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Find your favorite plate (I know you have one!)
Step 2: Manifest an open mind, let’s get a little weird here
Step 3: Go on a hunt for a food rainbow!
Step 4: Assemble!

I love opening my veggie drawer and grabbing anything and everything. There is always some portion of leftover veggies that will most likely go to waste – these are perfect for your plate!
Most of us think of munchable cheese as soft, blocks of cheese, or those in slices….but if you have a block of parmesan hanging around or even better - asiago! – you can get a quick 7 grams of protein and a very tasty treat. ☺
What’s in the side door of your fridge that’s sitting in a jar you used once or twice and have forgotten about…. pickles, pepperoncini, artichokes (my fav), olives, beets? Grab ‘em all!
I also enjoy taking a look at my condiments and using them to spice up any of the raw veggies. Try some raw cauliflower dipped in sweet chili sauce!!! YUM.
